Algeo Training specialise in stress and conflict management, goal setting & achievement, teamwork and leadership. We help organisations in both the public and private sector.

The company is headed by Dave Algeo, an experienced and qualified professional trainer.

Dave’s fifteen years as a police officer have helped him develop a thorough understanding of stress management, leadership and mission accomplishment. He spent nine years working as a manager in the police operational, community and project management fields.

Dave has delivered successful stress training and leadership development programmes to a number of organisations. For Durham Police, he helped design and deliver the National Policing Improvement Agency’s (NPIA) Core Leadership Development Programme (CLDP) to supervisors and managers.

Other satisfied clients include various Primary Healthcare Trusts, such as Darlington Primary Care Trust.

Dave’s style is engaging and friendly. He knows people learn most effectively when they're at ease and enjoying themselves.
