Algeo Training specialise in stress and conflict management, goal setting & achievement, teamwork and leadership. We help organisations in both the public and private sector.

The company is headed by Dave Algeo, Stress(ed) Guru®, an experienced, knowledgeable and entertaining trainer and conference speaker.

Dave’s eighteen years as a police officer and sergeant have helped him develop a thorough understanding of stress management, leadership and mission accomplishment. He spent twelve years working as a manager in the police operational, community and project management fields.

Dave has delivered successful stress training and leadership development programmes to a number of organisations. For Durham Police, he helped design and deliver the National Policing Improvement Agency’s (NPIA) Core Leadership Development Programme (CLDP) to supervisors and managers.

Other satisfied clients include various Primary Healthcare Trusts, such as Darlington Primary Care Trust; councils including Northumberland County Council, Surrey County Council, and a host of other organisations including Butterwick Hospice, Society for Local Council Clerks, Skills Training and Tyne & Wear Development Company.
