A lot can be done by simply understanding stress - what it is, how it can be both a positive and a negative influence in our personal and professional lives.

Why Zebras Dont get ulcers:

A great book explaining stress the link between stress and ill-health.  It's written by an academic with a sense of humour, so it's got the detail but is very readable.
